COMEDIAN Chevy Chase has sparked concern as he used a wheelchair at a star-studded event.  On Sunday, Chevy, 80, attended the inaugural Rocky Day - a tribute to actor Sylvester Stallone, 77 - in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The National Lampoon's Vacation actor sat in his wheelchair at the bottom of the stairs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The Saturday Night Live veteran wore a red puffer jacket over his white shirt and denim jeans.  The Community alum covered his head with a white cap and had on red-rimmed glasses.
