An Oklahoma man has pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in the death of his stepfather, who passed away after receiving an atomic wedgie.
Brad Lee Davis, 34, admitted killing his stepfather “in the heat of passion while defending myself in a fight that got out of hand and went too far.”
The victim, Denver Lee St. Clair, 58, died when the elastic band of his torn, blue underwear was pulled over his head during the altercation.
