TEEN Mom star Kailyn Lowry has posted a photo on her Instagram account showing off her twin baby bump while holding her youngest son, Rio.
However, fans are convinced the star has already given birth to the twins and that Kailyn gave herself away in the caption of the post.
Along with the mirror selfie of her baby bump, Kailyn said: "#nationaltwins day ft. their Irish triplet."
Fans took the photo to an online fan forum to discuss the clue.
One fan asked: "It’s only an Irish twin if they’re born in the same year, right?"
Another asked: "Why does she keep acting like she's pregnant? We all know they were born on October 30."

The former Teen Mom star has confirmed she shares both Rio and the twins with her boyfriend Elijah Scott, 25.
She also has a son, Isaac, 13, with her ex, Jo Rivera; a son, Lincoln, nine, with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin; and sons, Lux, six, and Creed, three, with her ex-Chris Lopez.

Despite having seven children and joking about vasectomies, Kailyn admitted she may want more kids.
In a recent Instagram post, she shared a video of a girl bonding with her baby sister.
"This video is the cutest thing I’ve seen in so long. I feel like my daughter needs a sister," Kailyn wrote.
Kailyn initially teased fans and her sons by revealing she was expecting twin boys at her gender reveal party.
She later posted a video of a separate gender reveal she had with her boys that showed she was having her first daughter.

While Kailyn hinted that her family might not yet be complete, some fans said they feel bad for Kailyn's children after the birth of babies six and seven.
